"Skeeter" Human-Powered Hydrofoil
skeeter has been mothballed.
History
"Skeeter" is the code-name for a new human-powered hydrofoil. This boat was
built using technology developed for
Decavitator,
MIT's world-record-setting human-powered hydrofoil. But whereas the
Decavitator was built for all-out speed, "skeeter" was built for the
armchair hydronaut and requires much less power.
