How to register

You are not required to register in order to use GAlib, but I would very much appreciate hearing from you to know how GAlib is being used. This will help me make updates to the library more effectively and will let me know which features should be higher on my to-do list. Also, once you are registered you will receive notices of library updates as soon as they occur (don't worry, it doesn't happen often enough to plug up your mailbox with GAlib announcements ;)

When you register you will be added to the GAlib mailing list. This list is used to keep GAlib users up-to-date when new releases of the library become available. This is also the list to which you should send bug reports, suggestions, and requests for information about GAlib. Any messages sent to this list will be archived and forwarded to the maintainer of GAlib. Only messages regarding library status will be distributed to subscribers of this list.

To register use the form below. Or send email to galib@lancet.mit.edu with the word "subscribe" in the Subject: line. You will receive instructions for unsubscribing and a description of the list.

Enter your email address, a description of your application for GAlib (optional), then send. I will not make public your description until I have contacted you (via your email address). If you do not enter your email address, your problem description will remain anonymous and you will not be added to the GAlib list.

Your complete email address: (for example, beaver@mit.edu)

How do you plan to use GAlib? For what type(s) of problem(s)?

If you have already registered or would rather not do so, you can go directly to the ftp site.
